I have all the measurements for walls and such. And want to try moving doors, windows, building a wall, etc.

If it concerns how the indoors will be with various changes, I usually use the free computer program Sweet Home 3D: https://www.sweethome3d.com/
Ikea has planning tools on their website. I usually use the kitchen planner, choose a large room, and add all the walls. Otherwise, the Room Planner app is very fun, you can plan the entire apartment. Not only that, but there are all kinds of floors, colors, and not least furniture and decor, for every room!
