Have now found a masonry company that is on the same line as ourselves and also seems very serious and balanced. That is, they can see both pros and cons with the different options. So it will probably be 40 cm Ytong with plaster. ;D

I found the price for concrete floors from Ytong (25 cm, did not note the quality): 511 SEK + VAT. Discounts not included.
