Does anyone have an idea of what to pay for interior wooden walls (load-bearing and non-load-bearing) per linear meter? We received deductive prices from our house supplier at 475 SEK/linear meter for non-load-bearing and 950 SEK/linear meter for load-bearing and we're wondering if it's reasonable.

Also wondering if anyone knows the price difference for wooden walls compared to masonry walls (such as lightweight clinker concrete...)?

A brick wall (approx. 70 m, 29 cm, 2.40) costs about 50,000 in bricks, 10,000 in concrete & sand, about 25,000 in labor.

The same walls in lightweight concrete cost 220,000 installed and finished.

A load-bearing interior wall costs about 600 SEK/m without transport. The transport costs about 5000 SEK + a mobile crane for roughly the same amount.

A wooden wall with bearing 45*170 timber. Double plasterboard costs around 500-700 bucks per square meter, which then hmm minus the fee becomes around 900 bucks per meter. An interior wall 70 rule double plasterboard costs around 350 bucks per square meter... so 475 sounds reasonable....
