Price difference Finja Exakt and HplusH Thermoblock?

Hello,

As indicated in the subject line, I would like an estimate of the price difference between building with Finja Exakt (insulated lecablocks) and HplusH Thermoblock. Both with a thickness of 350 mm. I assume that the lightweight concrete (HplusH) is cheaper both in material and handling (?), but would like an estimate of how much. Per sqm? Per block? Per house?

I'm not looking for an exact answer. Some reasonable (educated) guesses are also fine as long as they have some support.

How much is it about? Even if there are prices per piece, you usually get completely different prices when ordering a lot, especially from local construction companies. My answer is to call around and ask.

It's an extension of about 70 sqm. I'm not really concerned with knowing the final price, just roughly how much cheaper one is compared to the other. 10% cheaper? 20% cheaper?

I would guess that it is around 25-30% more expensive.

Almost finished and received three prices.
Siporex cheapest.
Grundmäklarna's thermoblock about 30 percent more expensive.
Lastly, Finja's insulation blocks about 60 percent more expensive than Siporex.
Finished inside and outside on all.
The thermoblocks also got a 45 installation wall with insulation then OSB gypsum.
