I'm going to build a fence and want narrow planed impregnated planks but can't find any. Is it a bad idea to rip, for example, a 95mm to get 45mm wide planks?
If I were to do this, is the sawn side just "normal" or will it rot in a few years, or is it also "impregnated"?
Or can you apply some treatment to make it okay again?
