Pressure treated in more dimensions than the usual

Is pressure-treated available in any other dimensions than the usual ones found at places like byggmax? I'm mainly thinking of tongue and groove wood for facade, or Swedish lap paneling or something heavier tongue and groove. I'm considering building a fence, might as well build it tight and heavy. Cedar is an alternative otherwise.

It usually isn't a problem to get odd dimensions. Beijer managed to get odd dimensions in class AB for me with only a week's delivery time. Admittedly, it was for our company, but if they can arrange it for us, they should be able to do it for you too. The cost wasn't noticeably different from stocked dimensions.
