Hello

The floor in the basement of the new house is poured, and underfloor heating is embedded.

However, it's not poured in a storage room under the stairs, and I now want it to be at the same level as the rest of the basement.

There is a difference of approximately 10 cm including the tiles that are laid. My question is how do I pour this to the same level and what material should I use?

I also want the same tiles here, so maybe pour up 7 cm and then use self-leveling compound and then the tiles?

Do I need to prime the existing concrete, etc.?
