Hi, I am going to build a mold that I will then let polyurethane foam expand into, but what should I build the mold from so that the hardened foam can easily be separated from the mold? Does plywood work? Do you have to treat the surface so that the foam releases more easily? Where can I buy polyurethane foam in liquid form?

Some kind of polyethylene film is sufficient, for example, covering plastic or vapor barrier film. The important thing is that it is made of polyethylene. Cling film should also work.
