Plastic in wall? Garage hobby part

Hello,

I'm unsure whether to have plastic in the wall for the hobby room.

Conditions,

Part of the garage will be converted into a hobby room.
The wall is currently constructed: panel, air gap, exterior drywall, insulation about 150mm, and interior drywall.
The ceiling has plastic.
Plan to keep the hobby room at 20 degrees, 5-10 in the garage.
Will probably only be able to be there about 2 hours a week.

The idea was not to plastic the wall from the beginning.
So it might be difficult to make it completely airtight against the ceiling plastic.

So should one plastic in this situation or not?

Do you have any activities that generate moisture in the premises? If it is difficult to seal tightly, it might be more of a disadvantage to direct the moisture to a narrow gap, instead of having it "spread out a bit everywhere." I take it as if you will be heating the space?

There will be no steam, just some music equipment.

I plan to keep it at 20 degrees inside.

In some places, it will be difficult to attach the plastic to the ceiling. So there will be a gap, I have also run some wiring in the ceiling and folded away the plastic in the ceiling to get electrical conduits down the wall. It will also be difficult to make it completely airtight there.
