Currently applying plastic on the insulation in my garage construction between the insulation and the OSB. But with two meters left, my plastic ran out. Trying to avoid buying a new roll. My thought is... I have some roof plastic left, the type of plastic that is under the roof tiles. Can I use that instead? Or is it better to just go and buy a roll?
Do you put plastic under roof tiles?
I would check with the manufacturer if that plastic meets the requirements
Plastic is always useful, for repainting, temporary rain protection, etc.
Otherwise, you surely have a neighbor with some leftover

If it is age-resistant, I don't see any problems with it. Which it should be if it's under your roof
