Hello
I wrote a while ago about the ceiling in my cottage. I have removed the ceiling panels in the cottage and exposed the old board underlay ceiling. This old ceiling has gaps that are too large, so the insulation that lies directly on top seeps through.
I got some different tips last time I wrote, and now I've decided to install a new beadboard ceiling.
My question is whether I need to have a paper or plastic between the old board ceiling and the new beadboard or if I can just screw/nail the beadboard directly to the old ceiling without anything in between?
Thankful for help
