Plaster directly on plastic

Hello! I'm currently in the process of plastering my renovation project. I need to quickly ask a few simple questions for someone experienced.
1. Is it okay to apply plasterboard on lightweight concrete walls (interior wall) without any type of underlayment?
2. Is it okay to plaster directly against plastic on the inside of a wall?

But is it okay to drywall in the same way against an outer wall then?

Exterior walls usually have plastic. I don't think they are usually made of lättbetong.

Depends on how the wall is constructed (material and construction method)

It's not a basement and the wall is built with ciporex panels.
