Old brick tubes are occasionally available on Blocket, we sold our last ones this spring.

Drainage pipe is otherwise a suitable keyword.

We drained parts of the basement a couple of years ago and I saved some of the drainage pipes for just this purpose and quickly realized that the pipes I had were not big enough for wine bottles (unless you use half-bottles then...)
Might be worth considering before you buy something on Blocket or so

Thank you all who have responded, but I've been a bit inactive here lately.
I saw that they are available at Hornbach and are called vinställsblock.
