Partial renovation of swing doors.

I have an old garage with swing doors where the insides of the doors are covered with a patchwork of masonite pieces. I'm thinking of sprucing up the doors and re-covering them on the inside with some suitable sheet. The problem is that the doors measure 1350x2100 and I can't find any sheets wider than 1200. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to make a neat joint of the sheet?

You can take thin plywood sheets and glue them together overlappingly, and you'll get a large sheet.

I know that Fredells in Stockholm joins sheets in that way.
