Outdoor carpet on concrete floor - waterproof

Hello,
I have a concrete floor that is the ceiling of the storage below, and when it rains it drips through.
I applied some kind of epoxy that worked, but then I got a crack due to movement so it's the same now with dripping through.
The floor is 4x5 meters.

Anyone have tips on what I can use, like a waterproof mat or something?

We have used Mapelastic on balconies and outdoor pools with good results. It is almost like a waterproofing layer used in bathrooms, just that it is cement-based.
