There is an old outbuilding on our property, part of it is timbered, part with paneling, and an old barn section (?) made of masonry stone. This stone section is in the worst condition on the outbuilding and probably needs to be addressed soon. It consists of thick walls where numerous natural stones are set with cement (?) in between, these have started to collapse and in some places parts of the wall have fallen down. Is it difficult to fix this yourself? What is needed and how do you do it?

Grateful for an answer

I'm raising the thread. Is it "cement" I should buy and mix in a bucket, to smack it on with a trowel? Should you have "pust" on the outside? Or just white paint?
