Moved into a house with wallpaper on top of plaster that's already a bit questionable...
The question is, should one dare to glue the moldings, with the risk that the wallpaper might come off if they are replaced someday?
Or should I nail them, but is there a risk of cracks that may spread over time?

Glue. Alternatively, drill with a type 2mm drill before nailing.
