I'm in the process of renovating after water damage, so there will be new floors, floor moldings, door moldings, ceiling moldings, etc.
My problem is that I haven't quite decided whether I want to run cables in the moldings yet. So, I don't want to glue them up and preferably not nail them. There are baseboards for the floor, but I would like to mount door and ceiling moldings in the same way. That is, if I later decide to run speaker cables, I can easily take them down, run the cables through, and put them back up.
Are there such options, not just for floor moldings but also for door and ceiling? I've only found options for the floor so far via baseboards.
