Hello! Does anyone have experience with a motorized cellar hatch? We are going to insulate and thereby raise the existing surrounding floor by about 6 cm, making the cellar hatch tricky to open. From what I've heard, there are special hinges that can make it easier. It is not a requirement for them to be motorized, but it's definitely interesting.
