Hello everyone,

I've run into a bit of a snag with the upstairs construction regarding moldings. We have a 45-degree roof pitch and the ceilings are now clad with "standing" (i.e., not along the house) beadboard. However, I need suitable moldings for the transition from the knee wall to the sloped ceiling and between the sloped ceiling and flat ceiling. I haven't been able to find any suitable ones, so my question is, are there moldings milled with a 22.5-degree backside, or do I need to custom order/mill these myself?

I usually use a shadow strip or step list that I place on the ceiling instead of on the wall, making it easy in the angle between the sloped ceiling and ceiling if you use a small angle to measure with. It's also fairly easy to gauge that angle.
