I am looking for moisture-resistant MDF boards for some gable ornaments I am going to have on my house. They will be primed and paint-coated and will of course gain some moisture resistance already there, but if the material itself was moisture-resistant, that would be the best, as this will involve quite a bit of work.

So far, I've received tips on through-colored, green Fibrapan:
Fredricsons

Also moisture-resistant green MDF is available here:
Träbutiken

Anyone have any other tips on something that is easier to obtain, for example at the nearest hardware store?

Thanks/Jesper

Maybe you can use oil-hardened plywood? Like the kind used for boats.

Thanks for all the tips! Found one located on Hisingen in Gothenburg, bought by CALEXICO WOOD AB, picked up at Fredricsons trä.
Offered:
1015025171 Mdf 25x2440x1220 V313 Fibrapan green core 1 PC 943 SEK incl. VAT M2 CALEXICO WOOD AB

But I needed thickness 22, so then there was only a gigantic board...
f-1015022163 Mdf 22x2440x2100 V313

A large MDF board is loaded onto a metal trailer in a warehouse yard with stacks of timber in the background.
It went well over the Älvsborg Bridge with some straps and a stand

Now it's time to puzzle with everything that needs to be cut out to minimize waste :)
