Hello.
I am working on my outdoor kitchen and have come to the dilemma of a countertop for it. I don't want to cast a countertop but was more thinking of laying 60x60 tile slabs.
However, I would need tips on what kind of structure underneath the tiles one might consider using that withstands the Swedish outdoor climate where a roof above the kitchen is not available. The frame for the kitchen is already done, so it's just the countertop left to do.
And as mentioned, I don't want to cast, so no suggestions on that.

Hi!
I'm also curious about how you solved it. I'm considering a similar solution with tiles on a wooden frame in an outdoor kitchen. Is it best to have a frame around or should you glue them? Did you use any grout in between?
