Material selection cheap garage door
Today I have a carport that is only used for storage, and I would like to have a couple of simple doors that provide privacy.
I have considered OSB or construction plywood P30, or are there other options that cost around 400-500 for two boards?
Even if you paint OSB it doesn't look very nice, I assume plywood would be a bit nicer.
The dimensions are approx. 230*190

Yes, that is also an option, I would imagine it would be the same cost as plywood but a bit more work with painting and a greater risk of it sagging if you don't get a good z in place.
I'm a bit unsure about just putting a board on a z. Will the board remain straight, or is there a big risk that it will bend above and below the studs?

Yes, I think the risk of it warping is much greater with paneling. It's probably also easier to get the paint to adhere well to raw pine tongue and groove, with the sawn side facing outwards.
Remember to make the Z the right way, with the tip inward at the lower hinge on each door.
You could also use some form of cladding if you want, which might actually be the best option. A bit more expensive, but still something you might be able to fit into your budget. That's probably what I would go for in your case.
Have you included paint in those 4-500:-?
