Hi,
I'm planning to make an attic hatch on my gable. I have an indoor hatch that's too small for the FTX system. I had to cut a larger hole in the facade. How would you have done it? I should mention that I'm in the process of putting a new facade over the old one, so the hole will disappear now. The facade is "Mälar panel" (Z-panel, base panel).
1. Complete the hole, adapt the hatch to the size of the opening. Getting it in line with the new facade might be tricky.
2. Any other suggestions.
3. I wait until I need to take out the system. Finish the frame inside. Maybe that's the easiest right now.
