Garage roof, pitch 12 cm over 4.5 meters, with some effort and much trouble, the slope can be increased to 60 cm / 4.5 meters. I found a company in Norberg: http://www.norbergstak.se, which spoke highly of some rubber membrane that is welded at the seams; I wouldn't have to do anything about the roof slope.

I am not convinced. It seemed a bit thin to me, 1.2 mm. Might it wear out? Condensation problems?

But it would be nice to avoid messing with the roof altogether. Anyone have experience with such rubber membrane... http://www.alkorproof.com/se/products/plan.php,

If rubber membrane is to be discarded, what's the alternative? Felt, metal? Minimum slope?

Neighbor has made his felt roof tight, with 20 cm over 9 meters, which corresponds to my current slope, but I am skeptical.

Any good advice and ideas are greatly appreciated.

If you have 60 cm over 4.5 m, it results in a slope of 7.6 degrees, and that is suitable for a felt roof without any problem. With welded/glued seams, the best felt can handle down to 3 degrees, so you are well above that threshold. Your neighbor's slope is 1.5 degrees and is considered very difficult to install yourself and achieve a tight seal. I have no experience with rubber sheeting, but doesn't that need gravel on top to withstand sun exposure? Double-folded sheet metal can handle such low slopes but is much more expensive. I would opt for felt in your case but maximize the slope.
