List for round hole masonite board

I had to modify my base cabinet in the laundry room, a larger hole to be able to inspect the floor drain and a smaller hole to insert the washing machine hose.

It's a cheap base cabinet from Ikea and I would like to place some round plastic profile or trim in the hole to cover the ugly edges. Diameter is 5 cm and 15 cm.

Where can one find something like that?
