Hello
I have just torn down a cupboard in the basement and now the leca-blocks that the house is built of are exposed - they are very uneven. It doesn't need to be "indoor standard" just "basement standard."

What is the best way to create a somewhat even surface?

Plastering? If so, what material should be used? And how do you make it even, should you set up some type of board to support against?

Or is it better to drill, plug, and put up a piece of plasterboard?

I wrote another post just recently about how I can even out the floor.

Thank you very much in advance for your help

Best regards, Martin

Diffusion-open render (various brands exist) and on that silicate paint.

Gypsum is organic, and its use in basement spaces is classified as a risk construction and should therefore be avoided.
