I asked for a price from those doing the renovation (Peab) and received a quote of 23000:- for 20 sqm for material and labor. I am removing the old underfloor and laying the parquet myself. I think this price is too high, I've heard somewhere that the material cost is about 400:- per sqm, which would be 8000:-, making the labor cost 15000:- (they say 2 men in 2 days).
Does anyone know more precisely what the sqm price is and the approximate time to install nivellgolv?

Nivellgolv is expensive and work time with joists, insulation and such about 1h/square gives 330 kr/m2 the material is in those regions as well so around 600/m2 is reasonable.. 2 men in 2 days is 320*16+ TB and VAT should be around 8000 bucks...
Your answer is probably in the ballpark of what I was considering, I am willing to give between 10-12000 SEK for the job including materials.mr Z said:
