Leca and isowall - price estimate for materials and time estimation

Hello,

I'm in the process of getting some quotes for the extension. To have something to reference, I would like to base the discussion on some rough price estimates.

Approximately how much does it cost:

- Isoblock (300 mm) - including mortar and reinforcement per sqm
- Leca (300 mm) - including mortar and reinforcement per sqm

Approximately how long does it take to:

- Build up a 10 sqm wall for a skilled mason

Probably no one knows exactly what the material costs.

The work is perhaps a bit poorly specified as to what you want; if you just want 10 m2 of wall, it might take 15-25 hours with setup, transport, etc., but if it's an entire foundation or building, it's a different matter in terms of time per m2.

Material prices are just a phone call away; call Beijer Bygg, Optimera, Woody etc., and specify how many m2 of what you need with reinforcement and mortar. They will give you an offer, and then you will know the material price.
