I've run into a snag when it comes to the stairs. Each step has a small overhang. I wasn't planning to tile on this, but rather follow with a trim. The problem is that a tall trim is needed (plaster and tiles build up significantly), about 60 mm.

These trims don’t seem to be abundant, but I found this angle profile at Bauhaus (https://www.bauhaus.se/vinkelprofil...-gG1cuhcFpIkS4aAizGEALw_wcB#go-to-description), could this work?

Yes, hehe it will be a thick overhang - on top of this will be tiles and adhesive too..

One option could of course be to cut the overhang and lay tiles "all the way up."
