I am going to brick up an opening in an outhouse and install a door.
For various reasons, I have to use 70mm leca and I'm considering whether to drill down some reinforcement bars between the blocks in the slab to strengthen it (since 70mm is not very wide) or if it's unnecessary.
I'm not sure how well the cement will hold - planning to use masonry and plaster mortar.
It will be only one layer, then paper, baseplate, and a wooden wall with a door.
Any tips?
