Circular saw and cut away a strip of floor where you are going to build the wall? Just measure carefully...

I borrowed a plunge saw, set it to minus 1 mm of the floor thickness, sawed, and took the rest with a chisel. A bit of work, but I didn't want to risk damaging the saw blade. Against the wall, I used a so-called multitool.
