Hi, I'm planning to open up in the ridge and am confused about the lambda value. I found this insulation on Byggmax http://www.byggmax.com/se-sv/byggvar...gsrulle-200-mm which seems made for the purpose and I was thinking of adding an additional 45 mm insulation before the gypsum, but the lambda value seems high on the 200mm roll. Is it better to lay double 120mm bare insulation boards with a lambda value of 37 from Jem & Fix? What would you use?
