I don't know if this thread is in the right place, but I need help with a question regarding paneling.
I have a hole in the ceiling on the upper floor that needs to be covered after a chimney. The size that is currently in the ceiling is 15x90 (or possibly 15x9.5). This paneling was standard in the 70s, but now it seems to be history. I've visited all sorts of stores but it can't be found.
Is this possible? I refuse to redo the entire ceiling for a small hole.
The paneling shown in the picture is the closest I can find, 13x9.5, and it doesn’t work. They fit but it looks terrible, all the angles on the paneling are wrong.
Does anyone know where I can find this? I only need 9 pieces, 60 in length.

95an is difficult. At least around where I live. If there is no volume in it, you can't keep it in stock, and ordering a panel you don't usually have in stock becomes expensive. Especially for such an extremely small amount. The best advice is to call around, including to other cities where you have some contact who can pick it up...
Yes, most have said it's a very odd profile. I don't understand how you can clad houses in this panel and then completely remove it from the market. The dealers weren't even interested in checking with their distributors; I guess there was no profit in it. Now I've found a Woody distributor several miles away who had it in stock, so I'll have to go there, a hassle for two boards of paneling. But oh well.
Thanks for the tips.
