I'm installing interior walls consisting of OSB+Gypsum. I realized during installation that a gap between the OSB and the floor/ceiling/old wall might be necessary, since it's a wood material. Googling about this indicates that a gap of 3 mm is needed.

The old walls, ceiling, and floor are made of concrete.

Therefore, I'm asking the following:
- Is a gap required between the floor and the OSB on the interior wall?
- Is a gap required between the old wall and the OSB on the interior wall?
- Is a gap required between two new OSB panels on the interior wall (i.e., between the panels that will make up the new interior wall)?
- Gypsum hardly expands, but the gypsum must follow the OSB. Do you fill the gaps that may occur?

Grateful for some professional opinions! :)
 
OSB should have a three mm expansion joint. At the bottom, you do the same as when you set gypsum; lift the board up against the ceiling, leave three mm and let there be a larger gap at the bottom. It is practically very difficult to fit a board exactly on all sides. It is always a little crooked somewhere.

Should there be a gap between the boards as well?

Yes, there should be, and that's why OSB is also only 1197mm... ;)
