Is pure Cement and water the same thing as Tile adhesive?

Would like to know about fix, its composition.

Appears to contain sand, cement, and calcium carbonate.

"Ordinary" fix contains sand as aggregate, Portland cement as a binder, and usually calcium carbonate as an additive.

All manufacturers should have available construction product declarations and safety data sheets where the contents of the products can be read.

Tile adhesive usually contains additives to make it more elastic. In addition to that, it consists of lime, cement, and sand in well-chosen proportions like any lime mortar...
