I have bought a Primer called PP600 from Combimix. I'm planning to use it on the basement floor. Now I see that it doesn't say on the bottle whether it is diffusion open or not. Does anyone know?
Since it's an uninsulated old basement floor, I want moisture to be able to move up and down through the basement floor.
