Is it possible to build a house out of clay and straw inside a greenhouse?

I'm wondering if clay and straw houses are sustainable for being built inside a greenhouse? (two dream houses)
What should one consider before such a project? For example, site selection and other aspects I haven't even thought about yet... I only have dreams so far.
I think clay and straw houses seem very nice and a house built in a greenhouse is absolutely wonderful, so it would be great if it's possible to have both
