Hello,

I am trying to find information about intermediate floors in aerated concrete (with aerated concrete joists) as an alternative to the "traditional" intermediate floor with wooden joists. For the traditional "wood-based" intermediate floor, I have found the following component layers and properties regarding conductivity and density. You can then calculate an average U-value based on this data using http://www.energiberakning.se/default.aspx.

But what would such a table look like for an intermediate floor in aerated concrete or concrete instead? Does anyone know and can refer to a reference?

  • Table showing details for a traditional wooden floor structure, with layers, thickness, thermal conductivity, and density. Includes gypsum boards and wood fiber boards.
