Have a kitchen where there's a really strong draft at the feet, from the toe kick. Kitchen against an outer wall. Can you fill the space under the cabinets? Insulation in sack bags? Foam plastic? What should you do?

The best thing is to find out why the air is coming in at all. What type of house, floor construction, and so on.

Of course. But if you want to quick-fix...

Yeah, but I was mostly wondering if it was very obvious............if cold air comes in that way, it might be difficult to keep it out just by pushing something under the cabinets.
