Planning to furnish the storage with shelving, and I think it's just as well to insulate.

For the walls, I'm considering running the electricity in flexible conduit where it can be built in. Or we'll lay it externally (electrician).

For ventilation, I'll make a hole on each wall.

I feel like I have the walls covered. However, I don't know whether to go with OSB, chipboard, and/or drywall. What do you suggest?

But my question is about the ceiling. How do I insulate it best? I want to keep as much ceiling height as possible and it's not necessary to insulate at the start of the roof truss (at lamp height). Is this possible? And how would you do it?

I basically want help with the ceiling and choice of materials.

Grateful for all tips and suggestions!
