Do you insulate a basement wall from the inside or outside? The inside doesn't look good, so I'll need to plaster it anyway since the old one has come off.
In this case, we have a 19cm concrete block wall. It gets cold in the winter, and I want to make it a bit warmer.
What would you do?
PS: I might insulate the facade in the future, as it is from 1945 and not in the best condition (panel on a wooden frame).
