installing fine-sawn ceiling panels on cc100

Hello,

I'm planning to insulate and install a ceiling on the porch, using fine-sawn pre-painted panels. However, the previous owner installed the rafters at cc100, will the ceiling sag or will it hold due to the tongue-and-groove?

Roof trusses are often set (most often) at 120 cc, so it shouldn't be an unsolvable problem.

Is the panel tongue and groove and 22mm thick? If it is thinner than 22mm, I think you should place a rule between each rafter so that it becomes cc50.

No, it's only 13 right? Will a 5" be enough then?

Yes, a 5-inch is absolutely sufficient. All panel under 22mm should be attached at cc600mm
