Hi, I will be installing 45x45 as the installation layer, should I set them at cc300, the same as the ceiling battens 28x70?

Is it a wall in question?
Is there already a vapor barrier on the wall so it's for the sake of pipe installation?
I'm not a builder, so maybe someone more knowledgeable than me has other opinions, but I would set with cc 600 if standard boards are to be used.
However, with displacement so there's no risk of gaps in the insulation

The vapor barrier is in place, so it is an installation layer.

Then I had done as I wrote

It depends on what width of board you need. 90 cm is standard today, and generally, a cc of 45 cm is used. The boards are going to be vertical, so it’s not that critical. Are you planning to have OSB behind the gypsum? Otherwise, you'll need a T-profile in the vertical joints.

Yes, will put up osb first, then we'll see if we install any finished panel or similar.
