Is it a wall in question?
Is there already a vapor barrier on the wall so it's for the sake of pipe installation?
I'm not a builder, so maybe someone more knowledgeable than me has other opinions, but I would set with cc 600 if standard boards are to be used.
However, with displacement so there's no risk of gaps in the insulation

It depends on what width of board you need. 90 cm is standard today, and generally, a cc of 45 cm is used. The boards are going to be vertical, so it’s not that critical. Are you planning to have OSB behind the gypsum? Otherwise, you'll need a T-profile in the vertical joints.
