Installation layer first and then inner walls - help!

Considering how to build the inside of the house. Planning to have standing 195 in the frame and then horizontal 45 studs on the inside to make it easier to run electrical wiring, piping, etc.

However, how do you build interior walls? I thought about nailing horizontal studs around the entire house first and then the vertical studs for interior walls on top to make it easier to work installations between the studs. Then fit OSB+gypsum and put up the ceiling, all of this done per room. What does the forum say? Or should you put up OSB+gypsum first and then build interior walls? I personally think it seems better to put up the studs first.

Then I also wonder if I should go for 45x45 nailed into the roof trusses as an installation layer in the ceiling and then 28x70 slats on top of this?

I am currently doing this in my first house, so there is a bit of a lack of experience. :O
But otherwise, I'm about to do exactly as you described.

First cross-stud the exterior walls.
Then frame the interior walls.
Then half the interior walls, i.e., install OSB+plasterboard on one side
And finally pull all the electricity and plumbing that needs to go in the walls.

Always remember to think about what the OSB and plasterboard should be attached to when they meet in corners.
Besides having a stud behind, you can consider plasterboard metal angles.
In the 4 exterior wall corners, I won't set any stud but use a vertical plasterboard metal angle against the horizontal cross-studding, allowing electrical conduits to pass by easily there.

In the ceiling, I only have 28x70 slats, 28mm is enough to hold electrical conduits.

I am in the same stage in my house. But I chose to put up the OSB first on all the exterior walls, then I frame the interior walls. Most of the electricity goes in the ceiling and then down into the interior walls from above.
