I need an inspection hatch with dimensions W 800 x H 600. It should cover the underfloor heating unit located in the wall towards the lounge = not an ugly metal story! The largest I find are 600x600. Otherwise, I'm considering constructing my own, like a chipboard with moldings around and wallpapering it. The tricky part is attaching it in a sensible way. Any suggestions?
