So it shouldn't be a major concern for me then? I just need to make sure they don't drill there or anything similar. Then it doesn't hurt to wet mop the entire apartment when it's done

Serious craftsmen should have knowledge about where asbestos might be found, especially if it does not occur "unexpectedly." Tile adhesive/grout in a house from before the ban is not unexpected, yet it is not to say that it is always present since, as I understand, it was added manually during installation. There are good ways to renovate such a bathroom (especially if there is a window). The craftsmen are otherwise those who get most exposed. However, there is probably a lot of cheating with this.
