Huntonit vs cheap ceiling panel

I am going to use panels in my kitchen ceiling like Huntonit Classic. There are several cheaper alternatives that look good but are based on chipboard. Does anyone have experience or thoughts on whether these are equivalent to Huntonit or if penny-pinching deceives wisdom?

No, on MDF board

We have consistently used Hornbach roofing tiles at 69 SEK/sqm and are very satisfied. They are 6-7mm tongue-and-groove MDF tiles.
