A 2-story "rehearsal space wing" with a loft corridor.
Each room will be 5 by 6 meters.

Soundproofing is very important.

Want to build as cheaply as possible and after a few years be able to upgrade with things like maintenance-free brick facade, more insulation, etc.

Prefabricated concrete, Cement-bonded wood wool + sheet metal, Lightweight concrete?

Roof of sheet metal, felt?

Type of foundation?

Plan to heat/cool the spaces with small air/air pumps in each space.

How would you build this?

All answers are gratefully received! /Tobias

Also saw a house wall today that seemed to be some new variant of asbestos cement?
What kind of material could it be?

what it will be used for is a factor in how it should be built, used temporarily or permanently?

Permanent. Want to build in the cheapest simplest way and plan for the future to add a brick wall and in other ways get a more maintenance-free house. Mostly wondering if prefab is the cheapest, or if cast-in-place or Leca might be best, there seem to be a lot of different ways that can be good. Regards, Tobias
