How wide wood path

I have a driveway that is 730cm wide.
Out of this, I would like to make a double gate of about 6m and a single gate of about 1m.
The posts take up the rest of the width.
The question is whether it works with 3m wide gates, construction similar to the image below?

That is not an option due to the surface, etc.

Adjustable hinges then? It will inevitably happen that the gates "settle" over the years.

I think it should be possible to design gates that don't sag over time, but maybe it's not possible.
The question I have is how wide I can make them without this becoming a big problem and which construction is best.
Where can I find adjustable hinges for such large gates?
